Definition of Warranty:
Manufacturer warranty: The manufacturer is granted in addition to the statutory warranty guarantee. Guarantees are contractual claims, in addition to the defect claims apply. The statutory provisions are not affected.
Dealer Warranty: "24 month warranty" by AVIATOR Watches. AVIATOR Watches granted on legal liability for defects beyond a 24 month warranty and thus expanded the legal liability. The statutory provisions are not affected
Additional Dealer Warranty: "60 month warranty" by AVIATOR Watches. AVIATOR Watches granted on legal liability for defects beyond a 60 month warranty and thus expanded the legal liability. The statutory provisions are not affected. The extension of the warranty from 24 to 60 months can be considered as additional option in the shop for certain items purchased. The warranty extension from 24 to 60 months in order for the bill and on the warranty card.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, except these are for watches, the watch glass, bracelets and batteries, and damage caused by improper handling (such as water damage if the Clock is not explicitly included as a water-resistant), negligence, accidents and normal wear and tear and any damages by malfunctioning or failure of the watch.
